My approach to working with both individuals and couples is to explore past and present relationships, with others and with ourselves, with a view to finding a more sustainable life plan built around acceptance and potential.
Pamela holds a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and over the last 13 years has worked as a psychotherapist in both the voluntary and private sector. She began her professional career in the area of mental health and education and later moved into people management. She has a rich professional background including psychotherapy, organisational consultancy and clinical management.
Pamela’s theoretical background is both psychodynamic and integrative, which means that she works in a way that suits each individual according to their own needs. She is an experienced psychotherapist with an expertise in working with couples and relationships and works with issues such as: Depression; Post Traumatic Stress; Anxiety and Stress; Panic and Panic Attacks; Relationship Problems; Physical, Emotional and Sexual Abuse; Intimacy Issues; Infidelity and Couples in Crisis.

Caitriona Brady is an experienced relationship psychotherapist and couples counsellor with over thirteen years experience. She offers a safe, professional and confidential process, facilitating individuals and couples to explore, reflect upon and resolve difficulties in their lives and relationships.
Caitriona’s experience covers a wide range of issues, some include:
• Working with couples that are in crisis or on the verge of breakdown as well as those who have recently separated and are grieving this loss.
• Working with couples who have intimacy issues of all kinds and with couples who are not managing the level of conflict in their relationship, including those stuck in abusive relationships.
• She can help to restore respectful communication and facilitate understanding of the couple dynamic in order to strengthen your long-term relationship.
• Caitriona has also facilitated marriage preparation courses for those who are starting off in their married lives.
Caitriona believes that only by working to develop and redefine the self in our key relationships can we really increase our capacity for greater intimacy and better communication in our lives. Caitriona has spent recent years developing her private practice as well as working with both national organisations that specialise in couples work : Relationships Ireland and Accord.

Ann Bracken

Ann Bracken is a highly experienced psychotherapist and counsellor in the areas of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Counselling and Stress Reduction. Ann works with individuals, couples and young people. She previously managed the counselling service and worked in The Lister Hospital, Chelsea London and Whythenshawe Hospital, Manchester in addition to having a successful private practice in Kensington, London before returning to Ireland.
Ann Bracken holds a master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and post graduate qualifications and training in Integrative Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) in addition to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She is also a qualified EMDR Trauma Therapist. Ann is also qualified in Nutrition and Dietary Therapy and in Online Counselling provision and holds a post graduate certificate in counselling children and young people (aged 14+). Ann combines her therapeutic work with a part-time
lecturing position in Family Therapy and CBT in the Dept. of Psychology at Glendwr University.
She is also a published author and feature writer on emotional and psychological health.
